Since the 1890s the building that currently houses the Soulard Preservation Hall has served for many years as a meeting hall, union hall and theatre. It is situated in the heart of the historic French neighborhood known as Soulard, one of the oldest communities in the city, located just south of downtown St. Louis.
The entryway and bar area has newly refinished oak hardwood floors, tall windows and French doors, a beautiful Cherry wood bar, metal spiral staircase and contemporary artwork on the walls. The spacious dining room boasts fourteen foot ceilings, an exposed brick wall, stage, stained concrete floor and great overall lighting.
